Release of Liability and Accident Waiver and Indemnification

In consideration of being able to use the property of Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC, the undersigned, hereby release and forever discharge Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC, its owners, members and managers, from any claims, demands, and causes of action, of whatever kind and nature, even if caused by the negligence of Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC, or its members or managers, or Jonathan Howerton or Stacey Howerton, arising from or by reason of any and all known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, personal injuries or death that may be sustained as a result of being able to use the property owned by Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC.

THIS RELEASE SHALL APPLY EVEN IF THE INJURY OR DEATH IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF HAZEL HILL FARM CO. LLC, OR ITS MEMBERS OR MANAGERS, OR JONATHAN HOWERTON OR STACEY HOWERTON, OR EVEN IF IT IS RELATED TO THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY BEING USED OR RENTED FROM HAZEL HILL FARM CO. LLC, OR EVEN IF THE HAZEL HILL FARM CO. LLC PROPERTY IS IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION.

This is a general release and waiver and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Missouri.

To the extent that I have children that are intending to use the property of Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC, as their natural parent or guardian, I understand that this general release and discharge applies to my children, and I am signing on their behalf.

In further consideration, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC from any claims of any kind or nature arising out of or relating to the property owned by Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC used by myself, my children, or any of my guests or invitees in connection with the use of the land owned by Hazel Hill Farm Co. LLC.
